Shayne Broadnix

Shayne joined UDS in 2003. She has earned a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning degree from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the American Planning Association. Shayne enjoys taking trips on cruises with her husband and her daughter, yoga and spending time with her family and friends.

Lentzy Jean-Louis

Lentzy joined the UDS planning team in June 2020, having previously interned with the firm in 2018. He is a recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Master’s in Urban Planning where he served as Vice President of the FAU Planning Society. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a minor in Urban Planning from the University of Central Florida. Lentzy enjoys sports, traveling, and music as he enjoys playing Trombone in his free time.

Sandra Megrue

Sandra joined UDS in 1995 and has been on the firms Planning team for over 25 years. Sandy has earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the Florida Atlantic University and is a member of The American Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners, as well as a past board member and current member of the Palm Beach County Planning Congress.

Marty R.A. Minor

Marty joined UDS in 1999 and has been on the firms Planning team for over 21 years. He has earned a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University. Mr. Minor has been a certified planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners since 1996 and specializes in land development, zoning code amendments, design guidelines and Comprehensive Plan amendments. Marty and his wife, Emily, have lived in a 1926 Spanish Mediterranean home in the historic Flamingo Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach, where they raised their daughter, Ashley.  Marty is passionate about baseball, gardening, and jigsaw puzzles.

 

Lindsay Murphy

Lindsay joined UDS in 2006 after years of valuable experience in the public and private sector.  She has earned a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geologic Science and Environmental Studies from Albion College.  Lindsay is a detail-oriented project manager and effective government liaison working for clients seeking planning and zoning approvals associated with new development, including Developments of Regional Impact, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Rezoning’s and Planned Community Developments. When out of the office, Lindsay enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.

Lauren Sands

Lauren joined the UDS Planning Team in 2021. She has experience in both the public and private sector as a land planner. Lauren has earned her Bachelor’s in Urban Design and her Masters in Urban in Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. Lauren is currently a member of the American Planning Association, American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), the Palm Beach County Planning Congress and the United States Green Building Council. She is an avid traveler and loves exploring new places and cultures.

Ailish Villalobos

Ailish was previously employed with Miller Land Planning, Inc. since 2004 and joined UDS in April 2020. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and has been providing land planning services in Palm Beach County for 16 years. She is motivated with fundamental knowledge of practical application of planning and design. Outside the office, Ailish enjoys spending time with family and friends, all things beach, concerts and bike riding.

Tyler Woolsey

Tyler joined the UDS Planning Team in 2020. Tyler has experience in the complex aspects of planning and government entitlements. Tyler has earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from Florida Atlantic University. Tyler is an active member of the American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, and Congress for New Urbanism. Outside of the office, Tyler pursues his lifelong passion for martial arts and spends a great deal of time outdoors. He also enjoys discovering new cuisine and catching a stand-up comedy show.
